A Creative Tech or Technical Writer is a Technical Writer that can adapt to the different types and industries to which they write to. As an example, I have written documents for the following:
- Health IT
- Traditional IT
- Financial IT
- Manufacturing
- Cyber Security
- DoD
Each has presented me with the various level of challenges and detailed information to learn and then to make into readable for their purposes. Each has in one way or another has had SMEs (Subject matter Experts) that have a different way and level to communicate their knowledge. Thus limiting my ability to document the work they completed for the companies needed documents. At times the management has presented the challenges that can and have been difficult to work with.
In the end, the documents I have created stand on their own as to the level of writer that I am. And how I have adapted to write what has been asked of me.
